FrontPage Buddy
Styling - fonts, colors, icons, etc.
This plugin doesn't try to take control of the aesthetics and only ships with a few basic styles to render the frontpage content and frontpage editor elements correctly. Colors, fonts, etc are largely left to the theme. It does provide some options to customize the colors used in the frontpage editor to match your website's color scheme.
Editor styles
This plugin ships with a few styles to customize the frontpage editor. These styles are applied to the frontpage editor only and not the frontpage itself. Go to wp-admin > Settings > FrontPage Buddy > Appearance tab and configure colors to best match your website's color scheme.
Templates
If you need to change description, add some more information or generally customize the frontpage editor screen, you can do so by overriding the template file. The path of the template file will depend on the integration you are using.
Example: for buddypress member profiles you can copy the file ../plugins/frontpage-buddy/templates/frontpage-buddy/buddypress/profiles/manage.php to ../your-theme-or-child-theme/frontpage-buddy/buddypress/profiles/manage.php and make changes there.
FrontPage styles
This plugin ships with a few styles to render the frontpage content correctly. Most of those are related to layout and positioning of individual widgets. Fonts, colors and styling of html elements( generated by widgets ) are largely left to your theme.
However, the plugin is built with customization in mind and making the output seamless with the rest of your website or generally improving the aesthetics can be easily achieved by adding some custom css and/or editing the template files.
